Organizational vision statement

Mission / Vision / Values Mission Mercy Hospital & Health Care Center is committed to delivering high quality, personalized care to people of all ages and in every stage of life. Vision Mercy Hospital & Health Care Center is firmly centered on a strong tradition of community and patient-focused care. We will be the first choice for hospital-related services in this area. We will differentiate from other hospitals by continually evaluating the needs of the communities and patients we serve and adding new services and technologies to meet those needs. Teamwork is an integral component of our future success. We will purse and maintain important physician partnerships and alliances with other health care organizations to improve the health of our residents and to ensure financial strength for our organization and growth opportunities for our staff. Values The culture at Mercy Hospital & Health Care Center is centered on our values. Demonstrating these values will help us achieve our vision as well as become the provider of choice and employer of choice in our area.
